With a shared passion for gaming and a vision to support brand partners and talent, Eric and Angela have joined forces to create a game-changing company. Eric brings extensive experience as a Twitch streamer and tournament host, while Angela excels in influencer marketing and event management. Together, they create a dynamic team dedicated to helping brands and content creators form partnerships.

Drawn in by the allure of eSports events, Eric began streaming and hosting tournaments on Twitch in 2014. Before GG Talent Group, he had an analytical career working for the Governor’s administration and State Legislature in California.

Our Story

Eric started streaming on Twitch in 2014 while working as a capital markets analyst for Fortune 500 companies. Inspired by the thrilling challenge runs of Dark Souls legends like The_Happy_Hob and Squillakilla, he began hosting Dark Souls tournaments in 2018, unknowingly setting the groundwork for GG Talent Group. With Eric's community-building expertise and Angela's event and sponsorship management experiences, they formed a perfect team that empowered content creators while delivering spectacular events.

As the events grew, developer outreach and sponsorship proposals became a regular part of Eric and Angela's tournament organizing. They pulled off unique events, wove together diverse talent, and forged brand partnerships. With his analytical training and experience as a streamer and YouTuber, Eric began to understand the trends and attributes of successful content creators.

As Angela and Eric built relationships with Twitch and YouTube creators and brand partners, it became clear to them, the need for GG Talent Group. They had worked with so many talented creators with no professionals on their side. These creators had to develop content strategies in a vacuum, struggle through the ups and downs of growing an audience, and hopelessly pour through sponsorship offers without any basis for their value.

Recognizing the lack of industry standards and professional representation for Twitch and YouTube talent, Angela and Eric found the opportunity to establish an innovative talent management firm with integrity. And this is where GG Talent Group is today, serving the world's top gaming creators across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

What types of content creators do you specialize in?

GG Talent Group was born and bred in gaming. While we have certain niche areas such as music livestreamers, gaming is our focus and what we do best.

What are the requirements to join GG Talent Group?

In general, creators that are a good fit for GG Talent have already achieved a significant level of success in their content creation career.

We also look for creators that have that “something extra” quality. Many creators are “good” at video games. But it takes a special entertainer to be the type that brands love to work with.

Finally, diversity is hugely important to GG Talent. We love working with diverse creators that may have been overlooked by others, but have what it takes to build a solid career in content creation.

What is your fee structure?

We charge a competitive 20% on any sponsorship that we bring to you. For inbound sponsorships, such as through your business email or direct message, we lower that fee to 15%.

Do you really offer health care to US, creators?

Yes! One of the first things we discovered when researching the creator industry was the lack of benefits. We wanted to change that, and so we did it. Any US-based creator on our roster is eligible for group-rate, high-quality health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. GG Talent Group pays 50% of the premium. To our knowledge, we’re the first gaming talent management team to offer this. We hope others follow suit!

How do you support creator growth?

Each creator’s journey is different, so we take a personalized approach. Some creators need help diversifying their content to other platforms. Others need to scale on their existing platforms. Whatever the challenge, we’re here to help guide you on your career goals. Sometimes, helping assemble the right editing team is enough. For others, they need more data and analytics to succeed. Some of our creators just need a creative sounding board for new ideas. Whatever the challenge, we’re here to support and advise.

What’s the key to success as a content creator?

Short answer? Hard work. No, really there’s nothing in the world that will make you grow faster, earn more, and become more well-known than working hard.

Here’s the long answer. We have reached a stage in gaming content creation where it is no longer possible to grow (in most cases) by just grinding. You could stream 300+ hours a month on Twitch and sit at single-digit viewers for YEARS without the right approach.

Today’s gaming creators need to have a plan, passion for a niche that isn’t saturated, and scalable content. It’s not enough to create content on one platform in a saturated niche. To have the best chance at long-term success, you need to be focused, multi-platform, and searchable everywhere all the time. It’s a sobering fact, but that’s where we are in the space.
